How it Works
We deliver local food from farms across the North Okanagan and Shuswap. Here is the whole thing in three steps.
1. Choose your food
Choose everything yourself. Shop vegetables, fruit, eggs, dairy and pantry goods one item at a time and build your own order.
Or let the farmers choose. A Farmer's Choice Box is packed with whatever is best that week from the farms we work with. The experts pick the contents, which is exactly how we can give you things at their peak. The contents of the box is updated on the product page every week. You can also order other products alongside your Farmer's Choice Box if you want something specific.

2. Order before noon the day before
Your delivery day depends on where you live.
- Tuesday — Enderby, Armstrong, and the Vernon area. Order by noon on Monday.
- Thursday — Lake Country and the UBCO campus. Order by noon on Wednesday.
- Friday — Salmon Arm. Order by noon on Thursday.
Check your address on the delivery map.
3. We bring it to you
Home delivery is $5, added automatically at checkout. Pickup is free: choose Pick Up at checkout and select a location that suits you.

Subscribe to a Farmer's Choice Box weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Skip or pause any time from your account. There is no minimum and no lock-in.
