• 1lbs leeks - transition to organic (Grindrod, BC)
• 1lbs purple top turnips - certified organic (Mara, BC)
• 1lbs small/medium lettuce heads - hydroponic (Armstrong, BC)

Substitutions:

On rare occasions, we may sell out of some products offered in the Farmer's Choice Box. On these occasions, we will substitute this item with one of equal value and purpose (for example, an acorn squash with a butternut squash). The value of the box will always remain consistent.
