 The Farmer's Choice Box is perfect for a family or a couple that love produce.

We have officially entered the "hunger gap" season. This is when local storage and fresh crops are becoming limited, and we will need to source from further away on occasion to maintain the diversity of what we offer in our boxes. Here’s what’s included in this week’s Large box:

• 2 lbs Gala Apples – (Organic, Vernon, BC)
• Sunflower Microgreens - (No spray, Salmon Arm, BC)
• 2 Broccoli crowns - (Organic, USA)
• 2 lbs Carrots - (Organic, Alberta)
• 0.5lbs Watermelon Radish – (Organic, Mara, BC)
• 1 Long English Cucumber – (Conventional, BC)
• 2 Large Yellow Onions - (Organic, Grindrod, BC)
• 0.75 lbs  Small Lettuce Heads - (Hydroponic, Armstrong, BC)
• 5 lbs Red Potatoes – (Organic, Delta, BC)
• 1 large garlic bulb - (no spray, Grindrod, bc) 

Substitutions:

On rare occasions, we may sell out of some products offered in the Farmer's Choice Box. On these occasions, we will substitute this item with one of equal value and purpose (for example, an acorn squash with a butternut squash). The value of the box will always remain consistent.
