Celeriac - Tranistional Organic

Sometimes called celery root, this seasonal classic has a herbaceous taste similar to its namesake, with peppery notes reminiscent of a turnip. This root veggie is very versatile, and can add a lot of flavour to your dishes, especially when paired with pork.
