 The MEDIUM Farmer's Choice Box is perfect for a couple, small family, or a single person that eats a lot of vegetables.

Want only BC produce? Just leave us a note in the checkout and we will make that happen!

We have officially entered the "hunger gap" season. This is when local storage and fresh crops are becoming limited, and we will need to source from further away on occasion to maintain the diversity of what we offer in our boxes. "Local First" is a very important principal to us, and if you have questions about how we source, please reach out to hello@naturedelivered.ca

Here’s what’s included in this week’s medium box:

• 2 lbs Spartan Apples – (Organic, Cawston, BC)
• 1 pint of Cherry Tomatoes - (Conventional, Delta, BC)
  
• Long English Cucumber - (Conventional, BC)
• Microgreens - (No Spray, Salmon Arm, BC)
• 0.5 lbs Small/Medium Head Lettuce - (Hydroponic, Armstrong, BC)
  
• 3lbs Yellow Potatoes - (Organic, Grindrod, BC)
• 1.5 lbs Yellow Onions - (Organic, Grindrod, BC)
• 2 Red Peppers - (Conventional, Delta, BC)

Substitutions:

On rare occasions, we may sell out of some products offered in the Farmer's Choice Box. On these occasions, we will substitute this item with one of equal value and purpose (for example, an acorn squash with a butternut squash). The value of the box will always remain consistent.
