Leeks - Certified Organic

Leeks! We love to cook with leeks. They're a member of the onion family, but they're much milder - you'll never shed a tear chopping a leek. Both the white and green parts of the leek can be eaten, and they have a mild sweet onion flavour. Use them as a base for soups, or cut lengthwise and roast in the oven.
