Radicchio, Red - Certified Organic - BC

Radicchio is a member of the chicory family and the leaves are a striking burgundy with white ribbing. The flavour is sweet and nutty with some hints of bitterness which is very helpful to promote good digestion and the leaves are best eaten raw in a salad mixed with some of your other favourite greens.
