These winter squash are an excellent deal! Organic squash for just $1 a pound! They have blemishes! They could have soft spots, a little bit of mold at the top, or dents/scratches. You will need to cut off these parts and/or peel them. You'll still end up with a great batch of squash for a killer deal.
