Subscription questions, answered

How often can I get a box?

Weekly, every two weeks, or every month. You pick the frequency when you subscribe and you can change it later.

How much does a subscription box cost?

The same as a one-off box. Small is $25, Medium is $35, and Large is $50, plus $5 for home delivery.

Can I skip a delivery or pause?

Yes. Skip or pause anytime through your customer portal. Going away for two weeks? Skip those deliveries and start again when you get home.

What comes in the box?

A mix of local vegetables and fruit chosen by our farmers from what is ready that week. Vegetables make up most of every box, and the mix follows the season.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesdays to Enderby, Armstrong, and the Vernon area, Thursdays to Lake Country and the UBCO campus, and Fridays to Salmon Arm. Home delivery is $5. Pickup at our partner locations is free. Order by noon the day before your delivery day.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your customer portal.
