Fresh vegetables from partner farms across the North Okanagan and Shuswap. The selection follows the season, so spring brings asparagus and salad greens while autumn brings squash, roots, and cabbage.

We deliver Tuesdays to Enderby, Armstrong, and the Vernon area, Thursdays to Lake Country and the UBCO campus, and Fridays to Salmon Arm.

Questions about our vegetables

Where do your vegetables come from?

Partner farms across the North Okanagan and Shuswap, plus our own fields in Grindrod. When something is not local, the product name says so.

Is everything certified organic?

No. We carry Certified Organic, Transitional Organic, and Conventional vegetables. Every product name tells you which one you are buying.

Why does the selection change?

This page lists what our farms have in stock this week, so it follows the season. Spring brings asparagus and salad greens. Autumn brings squash, roots, and cabbage.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesdays to Enderby, Armstrong, and the Vernon area, Thursdays to Lake Country and the UBCO campus, and Fridays to Salmon Arm. Home delivery is $5. Pickup at our partner locations is free. Order by noon the day before your delivery day.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order one bunch of carrots or a full week of groceries.
