Vegetables from partner farms across the North Okanagan and Shuswap, plus our own fields in Grindrod. Most of what you see here was picked within days, not shipped across a continent.

Every product name tells you how it was grown: Certified Organic, Transitional Organic, or Conventional. If something is not local, the name says that too.

What is listed here is what we have this week. The selection follows the season, so spring brings asparagus and salad greens while autumn brings squash, roots, and cabbage.

We deliver Tuesdays to Enderby, Armstrong, and the Vernon area, Thursdays to Lake Country and the UBCO campus, and Fridays to Salmon Arm. Home delivery is $5. Pickup at our partner locations is free. Order by noon the day before your delivery day.
