Fresh from Local Farms to Your Armstrong Door
Armstrong has always had a special small-town feel that we love.
We have great memories of taking the family to the IPE, spending time at the playground and pool, and wandering around downtown. The Armstrong Farmers' Market was actually the first farmers' market I visited after we moved to this part of BC.
It's an agricultural community through and through, which makes delivering local food here a pretty natural fit for what we do.
Nature Delivered brings together vegetables, fruit and other food from farms in our region in one online shop, and we deliver to homes in Armstrong every Tuesday.
Supporting farms in and around Armstrong
You don't have to go far from Armstrong to see just how much food is being grown in the North Okanagan.
Two of the farms we work with in the Armstrong area are Pilgrim's Produce and Fresh Valley Farms.
We also bring in food from our own farm, Shuswap Organics, and other growers throughout the North Okanagan, Shuswap and Okanagan.
What's available changes throughout the year because farming changes throughout the year.
That's part of the fun.

But we also know that getting to several different farms or markets every week isn't realistic for everyone.
Nature Delivered is our way of making that a little easier.

What's fresh this week?
Our selection changes constantly.
In the summer and fall, you'll often find an abundance of vegetables and fruit grown in the North Okanagan and surrounding area. As we move into winter and early spring, the selection changes and we source from farther away when needed.
We prioritize local food whenever we reasonably can and always provide sourcing information so you can see where your food comes from.
Local food, made a little easier
There's something pretty great about living in a community surrounded by farms.
Our job is to make buying from those farms easier.
If you're in Armstrong, you can shop from your couch, fill your order with whatever looks good that week, and leave the driving to us.

Yes. We deliver vegetables, fruit and other available local food to homes within our Armstrong delivery area every Tuesday.

Do you work with Armstrong farms?
Yes. Pilgrim's Produce and Fresh Valley Farms are two of the farms we work with in the Armstrong area. We also source from other farms throughout the North Okanagan, Shuswap and Okanagan.
Can I choose my own vegetables?
Absolutely. Build your own order from what's currently available, or choose a Farmer's Choice box if you'd prefer us to put together a selection for you.
Is everything organic and local?
We prioritize local food and organic and regenerative growing practices, but not every item in the shop is necessarily local or certified organic. Check individual products for sourcing and growing information.
