Black Forest Noodle Company has made old-fashioned home-style egg noodles since 1989.
James and Chelsea Keenan bought the business in December 2023 and moved it onto their own farm at Silver Creek, near Salmon Arm.
The noodles are made in small batches from three ingredients: semolina flour, eggs from the farm's own free-range hens, and salt. They are cut broad, medium, fine and garlic, and the shop usually carries the broad and medium cuts.
