Rodger DeMille started with ten rows of sweet corn, a roadside stand, and a sign he did not have permission to put up. It worked well enough that year two was twenty rows, and the farm market standing there now grew out of that.
This one is genuinely down the road from us, three generations into the Salmon Arm valley. The sweet onions are big, mild and pale — the kind you can slice raw onto a sandwich without regretting it later.
