Farmers Fresh Mushrooms was founded by Tan Truong and Hue Huynh, after Tan arrived in Canada as a Vietnamese refugee in 1980. The farm has been growing mushrooms for more than twenty-five years and is now run by their son, Tim Truong.
White button and portobello mushrooms come through the shop from this farm, certified organic and conventional depending on the crop.
