About Forget Me Not Farm

Forget Me Not Farm grows microgreens in Salmon Arm, cut and packed close to delivery so they arrive fresh.

Four come through the shop: sunflower shoots, pea shoots, a rainbow mix and a spicy mix. They add crunch to salads, sandwiches, stir-fries and smoothies, and because they are grown indoors they are available well outside the usual growing season.

Why we work with them

Microgreens have to be cut close to delivery or there is no point, and being in Salmon Arm means they can be.

They are grown indoors, so they carry us through the months when almost nothing else local is green. A handful on top of a winter meal makes more difference than people expect.
