Wild Antho is a third-generation family apiary in Armstrong, run by beekeeper Emily Huxter.
The operation raises nucleus colonies and breeds queen bees selected for Canadian conditions, and provides spring pollination to farms across the Okanagan.
Raw unpasteurized honey is what comes through the shop. Many of the bee yards sit on organic farms across the Okanagan and Shuswap, so the honey carries the flavour of the ground it was gathered from, though the apiary itself is not certified.
