I have been getting weekly orders from Nature Delivered, Owen and Emily, since they began.
I'm always excited when my order arrives because it is always fresh and so tasty!
I have communicated with Emily numerous times and she is always very friendly and prompt in her replies. My husband has had chats with Owen when he delivers our box of veggies and he too is very friendly.
They have a young family, a newish business with a huge learning curve, book keeping, ordering, sourcing produce, packaging, delivering, planting, harvesting, and probably much more so I'm sure "free time " is not something that they have much of yet they always seem to have time to bend over backwards to help and accomodate their customers.
Between the wonderful produce and the excellent customer service it is the only place I want to get my produce from.

I’m new to Nature Delivered and have only just received my first order. I opted for delivery to Anna’s Vitamins here in Vernon which is convenient for me.
I did experience a delay with my order though Emily at Nature Delivered quickly responded to my email concerns immediately. The service after sale was incredibly prompt and empathetic which is rare these days and deeply appreciated.
