KING OF THE EARLY BAKING BEAN: This beautiful heirloom has a robust flavour and swells up quite large when cooked. One of Farmer Jordan’s (of Unearthed Organics) faves.
A 12 oz portion of dry beans becomes 5-6 cups when cooked. These beans do not need soaking overnight, because they're fresh (grown and dried in 2025)!
Grown in Armstrong, BC all of Unearthed Organic's varieties have been chosen for flavour, and every variety has a story to tell.
