Soups of all kinds are one of my favourite meals to eat, and cook because they are so simple and delicious. This Bundle provides you with all the vegetables you need to create 3 fantastic soups.

You'll create a Simple Beet Soup, Miso Rutabaga Soup, and Parsnip Carrot Soup.

What's Included in the Bundle:

• 2lbs of yellow onions (may have some left over)
• 1 bulb of garlic
• 1 lbs of carrots
• 1 lbs of parsnips (may have some left over)
• 1 small rutabaga
• 1 lbs of russet potatoes
• 1 lbs of beets

What You Need to Provide:

• 5 Tbs butter (or cooking oil of choice)
• 1.5inch peice of ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• salt
• pepper
• 9 cups homemade bone-broth or stock
• 3 teaspoons honey
• 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 teaspoons thyme
• 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
• 1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt or sour cream for serving
