Rutabaga - Conventional - BC

This often overlooked, nutrient-packed root vegetable is similar to a turnip with a slightly sweeter taste. They can be enjoyed raw or cooked, and become more potato-like when cooked, though with a richer flavour and less carbs than a potato.
