Squash, Buttercup (5lbs) - naturally grown

A round, deep-green winter squash with dense orange flesh that turns sweet and almost creamy once cooked. Roasting brings the sugars forward; it also holds up well in soups, purées and pies. These are large, around 5lbs, so one goes a long way.
