Deep orange sweet potatoes grown at Grindrod, where the cooler season concentrates the sweetness and gives them a smooth, creamy texture once cooked. Roast, mash or bake them, or use them in soups and curries. Sold in 2lbs — one large, or several small. They come unwashed so they keep better, so give them a rinse before you start.
