Snacking, salads, pasta, grain bowls, omelettes, sandwiches, roasting and sheet-pan dinners.

One of the easiest ways to use them is to roast them with olive oil, garlic and salt until they start to burst. Their juices make an almost instant sauce for pasta or toast.

Storage

Store tomatoes at room temperature and out of direct sunlight for the best flavour and texture.

If they’re getting very ripe and you need to slow them down, refrigerate them and bring them back toward room temperature before eating.
