Elderberry Grove

Fresh-pressed elderberry syrup and shrub from one of the largest elderberry collections in the region.

Jed Wiebe and Louise Lecouffe started by harvesting wild elderberries for syrup and shrub tonics. Finding no local fresh-pressed products on the market, they brought in their first cuttings from Missouri in 2016 and launched commercially in 2018.
