Red Russian garlic has a strong flavour; spicy when raw, but complex and garlicky when cooked. A quarter pound is 2 to 4 bulbs, and we pack them loose in your order. 

NOTE: These are imperfect, so they have small scrapes, missing skin, a clove or two is dried up, or strange colouring.
