Garlic Scapes, Certified Organic (Bunch) - BC

Its scape season! This time of year, garlic growers everywhere are excited to share their bounty of garlic scapes: the flower of the garlic plant, which is harvested early to ensure the garlic bulbs grow as large as possible. 

Scapes can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Add them to salads, stir fries, or anything else that could use a garlicy addition.
