Kohlrabi, Certified Organic (No Tops) - BC

This week there are no tops on these lovely tender kohlrabi! 

Kohlrabi are a crunchy bulbous stem that has a taste similar to that of broccoli stems. Very delicious on a veggie platter or grated into coleslaw.

These are green or white, and include leaves, medium-small size.
