So tasty! I haven’t had russets in years because I prefer the flavor of the other kinds. But these russets made the BEST mashed potatoes. I was asked for the recipe, it was nothing special except I use broth, but the potatoes themselves were the key 🔑 imo. So I ordered more the next time!
