Turnips that are meant to be eaten fresh, these have a succulent texture and a pleasantly sweet taste with none of the traditional bitterness associated with turnips. Tops are also edible as a nice saute green.

They are in transition to organic, which means they are using organic practices, but have not had enough inspections to be qualified for certified organic yet.
