Squash, Spaghetti - No Spray, BC

Spaghetti squash adds a fun twist to a typical winter squash because after you have cooked it you can scrape out "spaghetti noodles" with a fork. The spaghetti like texture, sweet and slightly nutty flavour make it a must try vegetable! 

These are about 2-3lbs each.
