Squash, Marmalade Kabocha - Certified Organic, BC

Kabocha Squash, also known as Japanese pumpkin are known for the rich and sweet flavour.

We've featured this squash in our Farmer's Choice Boxes this week, and it is likely a new one for many of you. The Marmalade Squash is a small Kabocha type with creamsicle-orange coloured skin with super smooth and sweet orange flesh, the best for making soups or baked goods. Use this for your pies or baked goods!
